"An Armful of Joy" by RA Fox. The toddler seen here appears in several images from both the Oshkosh Public Museum's and the Winneconne Historical Society's Tonnesen collections, including image 4 in catalog album 4 on this blog. I have never seen this toddler in a print or photo confirmed to have originated other than from Tonnesen's studio.
