09 – Introducing the Tonnesen Models Part 3
Images of newly identified and still unknown models from various contributors

This original oil and watercolor painting of Irma Roche O'Dea originated as a photo. It was published as a calendar print ca. 1915, titled "Theo" by the Thomas D. Murphy Co. This painting, along with at least two others believed to feature Irma and one believed to feature another Tonnesen model, hung in the TDM company offices until the 1990's. The fact that two Tonnesen models appear in the series, as well as evidence that the gown worn by Irma was a Tonnesen costume as shown in the next image, leads me to believe this painting probably originated in the studio of Beatrice Tonnesen.
